Children learn in different ways and that is why children are so unique. Just think about it; if everyone was to teach every child in the same manner, a child would grow up not learning how to expand their horizons. You expect and deserve the best school possible for your child and that may be at Barnyard School. They have so much to offer parents as well as children who come through the doors.
Since they were established in 1998, children have been bringing their children to a place where learning is fun and educational but in a different place. This atmosphere is more relaxed and better to help a child understand what he or she is doing. However learning is not always in a form of a game but the possibilities are endless when a child is exposed to an environment that is safe and inviting.
One room schools are non existent in most educational settings and have been replace with bigger buildings and more children however the older style learning has this one room school house creating a consistent learning environment for the children who attend. They go home happy and able to appreciate what life has to offer.
Another excellent feature is farm animals are close at hand so the children will grow up with the surroundings of responsibility every day for tending to the animals and to observe their daily behavior. As they see the miniature horse, ponies, and goats, it makes it possible for children to grow up with compassion and understanding for animals as well as others.
While playing and learning, children are cared for with compassion and understanding which also encourages socialization. When a child feels confident, they also increase their own self esteem which will in turn make them feel better about their decisions and abilities. Children thrive in this type of environment.
Children learn by playing and there are always a wide variety of games as well as curriculum to raise self esteem and socialization. Children have a better understanding of how thinking things through will create a better understanding and reasonable solution to anything they need to deal with. During science, children are taught with a hands on approach for more understanding.
