Oklahoma City holds the largest city in the state of Oklahoma. It is known to be the 28th most populous state in the country. The Executive branch includes a governor, its staff and other officials that were elected. Their duty is to submit the budget of the state, making sure that the state laws are imposed, as well as ensuring peace within the state. The Legislative branch includes the Senate and the House of Representatives. Their duty is for raising and distributing the money necessary to run the government. The Judicial Branch consists of the Supreme Court and the Court of Criminal Appeals. Their duty is to keep, process, and solve civil and criminal cases.

Arrest Record is defined as the legal information that a person has been questioned, taken into custody or detention, held for investigation, arrested charged with or other offense by any law enforcement or military authority. A Conviction Record shows the criminal history if the person has been guilty and been arrested. In Oklahoma State, there are certain files which are kept private and this falls under Section 18 which is called Expungement. This means that the record is sealed from the general public.

Even if the record is categorized as such, the judge still allows the attorney general, the police departments, district attorney or other law enforcement officials to have access to the abovementioned dossiers. In Oklahoma State, there are ways to expunge criminal records. A 991(c) expungement is available for a deferred sentence, if all conditions of the deferred sentence have been met. The 991c expungement will seal only the immediate court records. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation arrest record will reflect "plead not guilty, case dismissed" where the charge is recorded.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and the Oklahoma Department of Corrections has an online access provided for the citizens to view Criminal Records Free. These online companies show the criminal history, latest updates and recent status regarding this record of the person searched. It is easy to use because it is a name-based search. Just provide the full name, address and date of birth of the person, social security number or alias can also be added to your search. However, some criminal records are being expunged and other online sites cannot do anything about that matter.
